Just been working with Paul Anthony at Idec . We are experimenting with short videos of decorating techniques to show on his website. This is the first one, nothing flashy very basic but I think it works well.

How exciting! My new set of promotional photography postcards has just arrived today. Hopefully I will be sending these out in the next couple of weeks to ad agencies in Manchester and the North West that I would like to work with. Well done to designer Steven Carlin and printer Ian Hirst of Avebell printers, you have done me proud I am very impressed with them.
Here they are in all there glory before they have even been unwrapped

I am currently working on a photographic project that I have been meaning to do for years. It’s on my doorstep but as always with stuff on your doorstep it never gets visited.
St Gabriels Church at Brownhill, Blackburn is quite an impressive structure. I remember many years ago hating it, I thought it looked brutal and industrial but things have changed. I am now a huge fan of brutal modernist angular buildings. As a photographer I now really appreciate the building I think it is a wonderful and it reminds me in a lot of ways of the Tate Modern in London, It is not quite how the architect Francis X Velarde originally designed it, as it now has a sloping roof and a cap on the bell tower (You can view photographs of the original structure here http://www.ntprints.com/pictures_1348433/detail.html ). Never mind it still looks impressive .
Here are my most recent photographs of the church.
