PHOTOGRAPHY FOR WORKPLACES / INDUSTRY
June 2015
Back in February this year I was commissioned for a full days photography by Belmont Packaging in Wigan, Great Manchester.
The brief came via the Creative Director Darren at Bespoke Internet in Preston, Lancs. I have worked with Darren for many years at different companies and he knows and trusts my style of photography.
After an initial site visit with Kate (the boss of Belmont Packaging) and Darren, I was pretty much left to my own devices, which works well with me and my trusty assistant Tony.
The brief was to get some shots of the factory together with some product photography, or staff with product shots.
First off we set up a small studio in the canteen (after removing heavy table/chair combo's). We even moped the floor so as not to mess up the backdrop.
The product photography took most of the morning and a small part of the afternoon. After which we toured around the factory working on some previous ideas and generally getting a feel for the site.
Some action shots some shots of machinery and some portraits etc etc. A full day an a lot of images.
Enough waffle and words here are some photographs from the shoot
